These terms apply to orders placed with, and services provided by, Golden Bite, a brand of Gold In Bite Private Limited (CIN U15121TN2023PTC158067), including orders placed in person, through this website or over WhatsApp. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

• An order is confirmed only once we acknowledge it, in person or by WhatsApp message.
• Menu items and prices may change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order applies.
• Items are subject to availability. If something is unavailable we will tell you and offer an alternative.

2. Payment

Payment is due at the time of pickup or as otherwise agreed when your order is confirmed.

3. Coupons and offers

Discounts and coupons are valid only for the period and on the terms stated in the offer, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. We may withdraw an offer at any time.

4. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel an order before we start preparing it. Once preparation has started, orders cannot be cancelled. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us the same day and we will make it right with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Allergens and food safety

Our kitchen handles dairy, gluten, nuts, soy and other common allergens. Please tell us about any allergies before ordering; we cannot guarantee any item is free from allergens.

6. WhatsApp communication

By messaging us on WhatsApp you agree to receive replies and order updates from us. Promotional messages are sent only to customers who have opted in, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
