This Privacy Policy explains how Gold In Bite Private Limited (CIN U15121TN2023PTC158067), which owns and operates the Golden Bite restaurant and this website ("Golden Bite", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our outlet, use this website or contact us, including over WhatsApp.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details — your name and mobile number when you message us or place an order.
- Order details — items ordered, order value, preferences and any instructions you give us.
- Messages — the content of messages you send to our WhatsApp business number.
- Website data — basic technical information (browser type, pages visited) collected by our hosting provider for security and performance. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.
2. How we use your information
- To receive, confirm, prepare and fulfil your orders, and to send order updates.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To send you offers, coupons and menu updates on WhatsApp only if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time (see section 5).

3. WhatsApp messaging
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. to communicate with customers. We may use a third-party customer-messaging software provider to manage our WhatsApp conversations; that provider processes your data only on our instructions and for the purposes in this policy.
